Intelligent Requirements with Machine Learning (ML)
Most of us should know by now that good requirements engineering can help organizations avoid unnecessary rework, defects, and failed projects. Good requirements ensure the solution reflects exactly what is needed.
Of course, that's easy to say! Hard to delivery...
We know that requirements must be SMART:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Attainable
- Realistic
- Testable and Traceable
How can we ensure these characteristics of requirements? In large and complex projects there could be thousands of requirements with many of them being refined to adjust to changing needs.
This is where Machine Learning can come in handy. ML can help us maintain intelligent requirements.
